I got my pathfinder serviced in Jan2025. Issue: my car seat heating was not working. Service received : I was initially told that a part was not working and needs replacement. It costed 650 CAD approx. when that part arrived and I brought the car for the fix, I was told that now electrical elements in both my seats are not functional. I was told that Their replacement cost was 1100 CAD. When I decided to not upgrade it. I was told that the part that I purchased earlier will not be refunded and on for my second visit I was charged 300 CAD. My concern: I was expecting a full comprehensive service assessment from the centre when my car seats were examined in the first visit. I spent nearly 900 CAD to know that my car seat needs additional 1100 CAD to fix heating. I expected the service centre to say that 2 parts are dysfunctional and would cost me 1700 CAD during the first visit itself. I would not have gone ahead with part purchase. Resolutions: Chuck from service team resolved the issue with aplomb. My parts upgrade were taken care of promptly and I was provided a nice loner vehicle with heated seats till issue in my car was fixed. Thanks for all the help.

Okay experience. Got new winter tires. Seems like tires were used not new. The shuttle back and forth was very helpful driver was pleasant. I will say Nissan is very through with their work and very strong on safety. Expensive but worth the money as safety comes first. Update after speaking with the sales department, tires are new so I am satisfied with them.

Enam made the car buying experience a great one. He was able to help us find a vehicle for our growing family within our budget. He was able to show us what we wanted to see while also showing us options we hadn't considered. Working with Josue was also great to finalize everything.
