Staff at Nissan Waterloo were absolutely fantastic! I worked with the service department, with an employee named, Paul. He was fantastic! Paul greeted me the moment I walked into the dealership and he was personable, helpful, articulate, clear and followed-up with me exactly as he said he would. All the other employees, those I didn’t work directly with, also greeted me with welcoming smiles and resounding 'hellos'. This is a very welcoming & helpful environment. Waterloo Nissan is a great Ambassador for the Nissan brand, which produces really solid vehicles.

This was my first time working with Waterloo Nissan and it was awesome! I personally worked with Enam and Carlo and both of them were very nice, helpful, and informative.
